Nandita is responsible for ensuring that EIP remains compliant with all relevant regulations. She was previously Chief Compliance Officer at Serengeti Asset Management LP, a multi-strategy event driven manager, from 2013-2014, while from 2009-2013 she held the same role at Breeden Capital Management LLC, the long only activist manager run by Richard C. Breeden, the former SEC Chairman. From 2006-2009 she was Director of Compliance for North Sound Capital, a long-short equity manager. Nandita has held numerous legal and compliance positions at various financial services firm including Credit Suisse and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange Inc. She received her BA from Franklin and Marshall College in 1993 and in 1996, received her JD from Temple University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and District of Columbia.
